As a strength training enthusiast and an advocate of the philosophy of continuous improvement, I’ve spent the last 15 years mastering the art and studying the science behind strength training. Along the way, I was lucky enough to have struggled with training plateaus, injuries, aches & pains, because it enabled me to build a solid base of experience, knowledge and problem-solving skills. So when the going gets tough, I know what it takes to tap into one’s unique strength potential and achieve a true mind-body transformation that only comes with maintaining the right balance between stress and recovery.
